# SAP/Salesforce Automation

I am looking for a test automation tool that will validate UI for SAP, Oracle, Salesforce. as we have integrations to many eCommerce and ERP systems, we don't have access to their API so we need to validate through the ui. The difficulty we have found is that they are unstable and our selenium tests fail frequently with updates to these systems. Anyone use any tools that have worked across these?

#### Recommendation:

Testim and Provar work with Salesforce. The brief look I had of Testim was positive. WorkSoft Cerftify works with SAP. I used Certify a very long time ago with a non-SAP product and found it easy to use. (We did have to spend some time with their engineers to put in some customizations for our particular product.) You would need to investigate if any of these tools works with all of the platforms you mentioned. And, none of these are free tools, so you'll have to consider your budget.

Another option might be to look into RPA tools. I'm not as familiar with these though, so someone else would have to make specific recommendations.
