Question:

I love your section about making friends with the imposters inside your organization! How do you handle when those “team mate imposters” take their stabs at your performance or your work in front of others in the organization, including other team members? Is it better to ignore and move on, or to engage somehow in the moment?

Insights:

It comes with practice, the trick is to be able to reply calmly and respectfully. I believe grown-up people would see through those backstabbing and the ones that did it are the only ones that look bad. Also, sometimes acts speak better than words, so don't leave them to discourage you and keep on going and you'll shine.
